Sapa Vietnam
Sapa Vietnam is one of the most attractive destinations for both domestic and foreign tourists. The road to Sapa from Hanoi is one of the most beautiful in Northern Vietnam. The route winds along a wide valley crossed by a river and dotted with small houses with thatched roofs. If you visit Sapa out of season, do not forget to bring winter clothes with you. Not only is it cold (with temperatures around 0°C), but winter brings fog and drizzle. However, the low temperatures also offer some advantages: in fact, this region boasts fruit trees typical of temperate zones (such as peach and plum trees) and gardens where various medicinal herbs can be cultivated.
The dry season in Sapa Vietnam runs from January to June. January and February are the coldest and foggiest months. From March to May the weather is often very beautiful, and the summer is hot despite the rainfall between June and August. The period between September and mid-December enjoys quite a pleasant climate, although it is often affected by precipitation in the initial phase and characterized by rapid drops in temperature in December.
