After staying in Luang Prabang we went to Oudomaxay for a wonderful jungle trek in order to seer the last mountain ethnic groups . On our return to Luang Prabang we travelled up the Mekong river for two days on a traditional boat , stopping overnight in Pakbeng , before arriving in northern Thailand . There we alternate temple viists, trekking and cycling continuing on to Bangkok and the on to a stay in Phuket. The result was exactly the trip we wanted .The organisation was perfect. All accommodations were very good , some excellent and everywhere we found outstanding service and cleanliness and delicious food.The minibus used throughout the trip was very comfortable and always stocked with water .
