Departure for the ancient village of Tho Ha (45km ~ 1 hour). Located in the middle of the Cau River, it was once home to a pottery village; today, it has transitioned to producing rice paper, with over 400 families involved. You will cross the Cau River by local ferry. First, we visit the local market at the port, then take a short walk to the 500-year-old pagoda and a communal house where the village founder is worshipped.
Walking around the ancient village, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the rural idyll of a typical northern Vietnamese village.
Return to Hanoi. Lunch on your own at a local restaurant in Hanoi (not included).
In the afternoon, visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex (exterior visit of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the President’s residence) along with the One Pillar Pagoda, shaped like a blooming lotus flower on the lake.
Conclude the day with a visit to the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and known as the first university of our country.

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by transfer to the port of Ha Long Bay—a name meaning “where the dragon descends into the sea”—recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
08:30: Our car will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi to begin your journey to explore the most incredible bay in Northern Vietnam.
11:40: Arrival at our waiting lounge at the Ha Long International Cruise Port. Wait for our captain to finish registration and the tender transfer to our boat.
12:35: Enjoy a welcome drink and a brief safety orientation regarding the boat and included activities, followed by check-in to your cabin.
13:00: A delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served during the peaceful navigation into Bai Tu Long Bay.
15:00: Arrival at the kayaking area, Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst formations and breathtaking nature, or spend time swimming and relaxing.
17:30: Return to the boat to enjoy a sunset party as the cruise sails toward the overnight anchorage. Witness a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
19:00: Sumptuous dinner on board.

06:30: Tai-chi session at sunrise on the sundeck, or enjoy a morning view of the splendid bay landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
07:00: Breakfast will be served in a Western style to recharge you for another day of exploration.
08:00: Explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son cave.
09:00: Upon returning to the boat, you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
10:00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on board.
11:00: Disembark at the Ha Long cruise port, say goodbye to the crew, and transfer to Hanoi airport for your flight to Hue.

The day begins with the Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in Hue, dating back to 1601. It is the city’s spiritual highlight, well-known for its majestic octagonal tower and splendid view over the Perfume River. The next stop is the Hue Citadel, the unique symbol of the remains of what was once the Imperial City of Vietnam. Inspired by Vauban fortifications, the city is composed of three parts: Kinh Thanh (the Capital City), Hoang Thanh (the Imperial City), and Cam Thanh (the Forbidden City).
Lunch on your own at a local restaurant (not included).
The rest of the afternoon will be dedicated to the traditional incense village of Thuy Xuan, where talented artists preserve the “soul” of the Vietnamese nation day after day. This is followed by a visit to the Imperial Tomb of Tu Duc, the most representative monument of Nguyen Dynasty architecture and one of the most marvelous constructions of the 19th century. The day concludes with a paper flower making lesson.

My Son Sanctuary
Depart for a visit to My Son, one of the most significant testaments to Hindu civilization in Vietnam. This ancient “Holy City” of the Champa Kingdom was a contemporary rival to the great Angkor Empire and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Set in a superb rocky amphitheater shrouded in thick vegetation, Champa kings built brick and sandstone sanctuaries between the 6th and 14th centuries to celebrate rites in honor of Shiva and Vishnu.

Golden Bridge (Ba Na Hills)
Transfer to Ba Na Hills and take the cable car (40 minutes) to reach the hilltop. Visit the Golden Bridge (Cau Vang), which winds along a 150-meter path at an altitude of 1,400 meters in the Thien Thai Garden. Visitors are often awestruck by the vast and majestic scenery visible from the bridge.

Cooking Lesson at Tra Que Village
Cycle to Tra Que, famous for its aromatic herbs like mint and basil. Visit the village and vegetable fields to meet farmers working year-round. After observing gardening techniques, prepare dishes using local ingredients: crispy pancakes (meat, shrimp, bean sprouts), Hoi An spring rolls, Tam Huu, and grilled fish in banana leaves. Enjoy the meal you prepared, followed by a rest with green tea and a medicinal herb foot massage.

07:30: Meet our driver (without a guide) at the hotel reception in Hoi An. Transfer to Danang airport in time for your domestic flight to Saigon.
FLIGHT: VIETNAM AIRLINES, ECONOMY CLASS VN113 DANANG (DAD) 10:00 – SAIGON (SGN) 11:35 (*INCLUDED). Note: Flight availability and schedule may change without prior notice before departure.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be welcomed by our guide at the exit (look for a sign with your name) after baggage claim. Note: Room availability is guaranteed from 14:00.
The rest of the day is dedicated to visiting the Independence Palace, once the seat of the South Vietnamese Presidents. The visit includes the North Vietnamese tank that crashed through the palace gates in 1975, marking the end of the war.
Next is an essential stop at the War Remnants Museum, which offers a Vietnamese perspective on the conflict.
Continue to the Nguyen Hue pedestrian street and visit the stunning Central Post Office, designed by the famous architect Gustave Eiffel.
Free time to explore the famous Ben Thanh Market, which has been active since 1870.

Morning: Travel to Ben Tre, a beautiful region of the Mekong Delta famous for its coconut candy production. Arrive at the Phong Nam Bridge to embark on a boat trip along the Ben Tre River to discover local daily life. Stop at a brick kiln to observe traditional brick-making techniques. Along the canal, visit one of the many coconut processing workshops, where you can taste fresh coconut and see how every part of the fruit is transformed into various products.
Continue the boat trip along a canal to the village of Nhon Thanh, where you will have the chance to taste fresh seasonal fruit. Take a bicycle ride (or Tuk-tuk) along small paths through the villages, enjoying views of coconut groves, rice paddies, and vegetable gardens.
Lunch included at a local restaurant (drinks excluded – local cuisine).
A short walk will help you discover local life in depth, followed by a boat ride through a small canal shaded by wild palm trees.
Transfer to Can Tho.

Morning: Wake up to the sounds of the Mekong River! Transfer to the pier for a boat trip to visit the Cai Rang Floating Market—the largest and most vibrant in the Mekong Delta. The crisp morning air is filled with colors and scents as hundreds of sampans gather, loaded with rice, fruit, and artisanal products. Everything is displayed for sale from the early hours.
Tip: The Cai Rang market is at its best between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
Leave the market and continue the boat trip through the canals to visit the Ba Cong fruit garden. Afterward, visit the An Binh market, bustling with fresh fish, fruit, and vegetables.
Stop at the Binh Thuy Ancient House, which features a beautiful orchid garden and served as a filming location for the movie “The Lover.”
Return to Saigon and arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight back to Italy. We wish you a safe journey home!
