Day 1

Hanoi - Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D)

07:45 – 08:30: You will be met by our driver at your hotel and depart for Halong Bay by shared bus. The exact pickup time will be provided the afternoon before the departure date.

A fascinating and majestic place: words alone cannot do justice to this natural wonder that is Halong Bay. The bay is considered one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. It features thousands of limestone karsts and islets, making it a very picturesque location that attracts thousands of travelers from all over the world every year.

11:30 – 12:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor.

12:00 – 12:30: Check-in on board with a Welcome Cocktail while the manager presents the safety briefing and the boat sails towards Lan Ha Bay.

13:00 – 13:30: Lunch with a delicious set menu, served on board.

15:00: Explore Lan Ha Bay.

We will visit the Light and Dark Cave, famous for its pristine natural beauty and the poetic, attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. Here you will take photos of the romantic local scenery. This is also the best time for tourists to enjoy bamboo boat rowing or swimming—an interesting activity to discover the truest beauty of the limestone mountains and the blue sky of Lan Ha Bay. Afterward, visitors can immerse themselves in the emerald green water of Lan Ha Bay with exciting swimming activities.

17:00: Enjoy a beautiful sunset over the bay with “Happy Hour.” Before dinner, you will participate in a Vietnamese cooking class.

19:00: Rich set menu dinner on board.

After the incredible dinner, take your free time to chat at the bar, watch a movie in the restaurant, or enjoy a Spa treatment (please book in advance).

After dinner, reward yourself with a wide selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar or participate in one of our onboard activities: squid fishing or karaoke. (We turn on the lights and prepare the rods for squid fishing).

21:00: During the evening you can relax on the boat, go squid fishing, or sing karaoke on the terrace.

– There will be no private guide on the cruise; instead, English-speaking local guides on board the motor vessel will be available to guests. A guide for the transfer from Hanoi is available for an additional fee. Please refer to “Supplements.”

Viet Hai Village - Cat Ba Island - Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D)

06:00: Tai-chi lesson at sunrise on the sun deck, or admire the morning view of the splendid bay landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

07:00: Breakfast will be served in a familiar Western style to provide you with energy for another day of exploration. Admire the morning views of the landscapes while enjoying a light breakfast in the restaurant.

8:00 – 8:30: Transfer to Viet Hai Village.

Located on Cat Ba Island, it is a picturesque ancient village surrounded by lush vegetation and majestic limestone mountains. The village offers a glimpse into Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage with its traditional houses made from natural materials. Visitors can explore the village’s serene landscapes, take bicycle or tram rides through scenic paths, and immerse themselves in the peaceful atmosphere. Viet Hai Village also serves as a gateway to the breathtaking beauty of Lan Ha Bay, where visitors can participate in kayaking adventures and relax on secluded beaches. It is a must-see destination for an authentic and enchanting experience in Vietnam.

13:00: Lunch with a delicious set menu, served on board.

14:00: The cruise takes you to a pristine beach.

Ba Trai Dao Beach, located in Lan Ha Bay, is a serene and unspoiled coastal paradise. With its soft white sand, clear turquoise waters, and picturesque surroundings, it offers a peaceful escape for beach lovers. Activities such as swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking make it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure. 16:00: Enjoy a beautiful sunset over the bay with “Happy Hour.”

Ha Long - Tra Bau Area - Hanoi (B/Br/-)

07:00: Breakfast will be served in a Western style to provide you with energy for another day of exploration. Admire the morning view of the landscapes while enjoying a light breakfast in the restaurant.

08:15: Explore the Tra Bau area. Join in kayaking and swimming to explore the Tra Bau area, the famous filming location for Kong: Skull Island in 2018.

09:30: Return to the boat for check-out.

10:00: Brunch is served on board while Sena Cruise sails slowly through emerald waters and thousands of karst mountains towards the harbor.

11:30 – 12:00: Return to the harbor and disembark at the Ha Long cruise port. Return to Hanoi.

15:00 – 16:00: Arrival at your hotel in Hanoi.
